How to get the benefits of
a raw-food diet without all
the shopping, chopping,
washing, and peeling
Raw foods can help you lose weight … lower your cholesterol … and normalize your blood pressure. They can help you eliminate fatigue and give you more energy. They can strengthen your digestive system and immunity. They can even improve failing vision.
Yes, there are so many health benefits from eating a raw foods diet. But of course, I understand how difficult it is to stick with a raw foods diet and to many people it's just boring. Plus, it takes a lot of time and work.
Fortunately, there’s a great solution. This solution offers you a much easier way to get many of the benefits of a raw foods diet … even if you don’t eat a single piece of raw food. How? By taking a greens powder.
Greens powder, as you may know, is a mixed variety of raw foods that comes in powder form. Having one serving of greens powder is equivalent to eating dozens of vegetables at once. Each serving is jam-packed with natural vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other disease-fighting phytochemicals … just as you would find in a raw foods diet.
So instead of spending your time washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, you simply mix a serving of greens powder with water … or your favorite juice or smoothie, and drink it. Then, presto, you get the nutrition of the raw foods! It saves time, as well as all the trouble of shopping and preparing. But that’s not all ….
Gives you health benefits that multivitamins or other supplements don’t
Here’s another reason why you should consider taking greens powder. Greens powder consists of whole living foods. Thus, all its nutrients come in the combinations and amounts that are balanced, as nature intended.
What’s more, unlike other supplements, greens powder also contains some unknown food factors that are present only in whole foods. These food factors are impossible to duplicate in a lab or include in a supplement. Yet they are vital and help to maximize your overall nutrition. That’s why I always recommend getting nutrition from your diet first.
But if you live a busy lifestyle, that’s not always possible. An easy and great solution is to take greens powder. All you need to do is mix the greens powder with water or juice, and drink it. It’s as simple as that.
For years, I’ve been searching for a greens powder that I could recommend for health conscience customers like you. Unfortunately, most of the greens powders on the market either have mediocre formulations, sub par ingredients... or taste awful, like sour mud.
Feeling disappointed, we decided to formulate a clean and nutrient dense greens powder. We wanted a greens powder that is not only nutritious, but also delicious.
Result? A greens powder that tastes great. In fact, all of our tasters in the panel agree it’s the best greens powder they’ve ever tasted. And it’s the only greens powder I’d recommend wholeheartedly to you, because I’m very confident that you’ll love it, too.
What is it called? Green Cuisine. Not only does it taste great on its own, it also blends well with any juice or smoothie. That means you can take How to get the benefits of a raw-food diet without all the shopping, chopping, washing, and peeling and your favorite drink at the same time, or separately. Either way, it’s delicious!
But Green Cuisine does more than just taste great. Here’s another reason, perhaps a more important one, why it’s the only greens powder I recommend:
The best greens formulation I’ve ever seen
Green Cuisine is packed with 27 super foods and vital nutrients, giving you the nutrition your body needs to function optimally. These foods include well-known foods like broccoli, carrots, beets, and more.
But there’s also another food that’s not as well known, but it's one of the world's most remarkable foods: oat beta-glucan. Oat beta-glucan is a special type of fiber found in oats. What’s amazing about it is its ability to lower cholesterol AND detox your body.
I’ll tell you how oat beta-glucan detoxes your body in a moment. But first, let’s see how it lowers cholesterol.
Oat beta-glucan can lower cholesterol three ways: First, it binds to fats and eliminates them from your body. Which in turn lowers your cholesterol, since your body has less fat to produce cholesterol.
Second, oat beta-glucan also binds to bile secreted by the liver. How does this help you lower cholesterol? Well, as you may know, your liver produces bile from cholesterol. The bile is then secreted into the small intestine, and gets re-absorbed.
However, if bile is bound by oat beta-glucan, it gets excreted out of the body, instead of being re-absorbed. When this happens, the liver converts more cholesterol into bile to make up the loss. This bile then digests more fats. As a result, blood cholesterol levels are reduced.
Third, oat beta-glucan produces something called propionate in the colon. Propionate is a kind of short-chain fatty acid that inhibits the production of cholesterol.
Proven effective in clinical studies
The cholesterol-lowering effect of oat beta-glucan has been proven in several clinical studies. For example, in one double-blind study, researchers took 112 people with high cholesterol levels, and divided them into two groups. One group was given a diet with oat beta-glucan, while the other group was given a similar, placebo diet.
After six weeks, the researchers measured the cholesterol levels of both groups. They found that both the LDL and total cholesterol levels were drastically reduced for the oat beta-glucan group, but did not change for the control group.
And this is not the only study to find this. Several independent studies, including one European study and one Canadian study, also confirm the effectiveness of oat beta-glucan at lowering cholesterol.
How it helps detox your body
Now let’s talk about how oat beta-glucan detoxes your body. You see, your body relies primarily on the liver to detox. How does the liver detox? Well, it produces bile to bind to the toxins in your body. Then it dumps the bile, together with the toxins, into your intestines. Finally, the toxins get excreted in urine and stools.
But the problem is, this detox process doesn’t always work. What happens is, the toxins get dumped into the intestines, and then get re-absorbed into your blood stream. As a result, these toxins keep circulating through your body.
Well, here’s where oat beta-glucan comes to the rescue. It binds to the bile, so that the bile and the toxins can’t be re-absorbed, but get eliminated when you go to the bathroom. That’s how oat beta-glucan helps detox your body.
But the benefits of oat beta-glucan don’t end there. It can also help you curb appetite and lose weight. How? As mentioned earlier, oat beta-glucan is a type of soluble fiber, which slows down digestion and extends the feeling of fullness. So you tend to eat less, which in turn helps you lose weight.7
Yet, as amazing as oat beta-glucan may be, most greens products don’t include it in their formulations. But Green Cuisine does. In fact, each serving of Green Cuisine gives you a generous 2,200 mgs of oat beta-glucan.
And that’s just the beginning. Here’s something even more amazing …
The super food that the British relied on during World War II
During World War II, food was scarce. And people were not getting adequate nutrition from their diets.
But the British government had an idea. They introduced the Dig for Victory campaign, and encouraged their people to grow a super food in their gardens. This super food helped the British survive through the dark years of WWII.
What was this super food? It was our old friend, kale. Kale is one of the most nutritious foods you can find. Here’s why:
Kale is very rich in vitamins, including A, C, K, and B-complex.
Kale is also rich in minerals, including calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Plus, copper, manganese, iron, and more.
Kale has one of the highest antioxidant levels among vegetables, as determined by ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score. Eating kale is a great way to boost antioxidant levels and protect your body against free radicals.
Kale helps our bodies dramatically boost glutathione peroxidase activity and selenium levels, both of which are profound antioxidants. This gives our bodies further protection against free radicals.
Kale is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, which are vital nutrients for our eyes.
Kale has been clinically proven effective at lowering LDL (“bad”) cholesterol … while increasing HDL ( “good”) cholesterol and HDL/LDL ratio.
Kale is loaded with omega-3 fatty acid, an anti-inflammatory nutrient.
Plus much more.
Now you can see why the British made kale their staple food during wartime … and why we made sure high-quality, organic kale is included in Green Cuisine.
But Green Cuisine doesn’t stop there. Here’s another super food you get:
This super food keeps your eyes, skin,
and digestive system healthy
There are now more than 300 research studies done on this super food. Yet, scientists continue to uncover new health benefits this super food has to offer.
I’m talking about broccoli. Broccoli, as you may know, is jam-packed with vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. Plus, it is loaded with phytonutrients, natural plant compounds that are of great benefit to our health.
For example, broccoli contains two phytonutrients called zeaxanthin and lutein. You may have heard about them before. They are vitally important for healthy eyesight. Here’s why:
Zeaxanthin boosts the pigments in your macula that protect your eyes. It also protects your fine detail and color vision. Not only that, research shows having a high level of zeaxanthin in your blood may even help slow down or stop many types of vision loss.
What about lutein? Well, it helps protect your macula from damaging free radicals. It may also shield the lenses of your eyes from light damage, and help maintain the proper density of your lenses. What’s more, broccoli is rich in vitamins A and C—both are critical nutrients for healthy vision.
In addition to healthy vision, broccoli is also a remarkable food for digestive support. This can be attributed to the fiber content … and a little-known phytonutrient found in broccoli. This phytonutrient is called glucosinolate (pronounced “gloo-co-SIN-o-late”).
How does glucosinolate support your digestive system? Research shows it helps protect your stomach lining. It also prevents the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestines. Not only that, it even helps your body detox, by regulating the enzyme activity in the liver.
But the health benefits of broccoli don’t end there. You see, broccoli contains many other phytonutrients. Such as sulforaphane (pronounced “sao-fo-ray-phen”) … and I3C (indole-3-carbinol). Research shows I3C can help balance hormone levels … while sulforaphane can help safeguard your blood vessels, kill germs and harmful cells, and even help defend your body against toxicity.
And that’s not all. Scientists recently found that eating broccoli also helps protect your skin from sun damage, and improves your body’s metabolism of vitamin D. This is crucial, as your body can only use the vitamin D it has absorbed.
Without a doubt, broccoli is one of the greatest health foods Nature created for us. However, not everyone likes to eat broccoli, because of its taste. Furthermore, many of us don’t have time to eat this super food on a daily basis.
But, knowing the incredible health benefits of broccoli, we knew we had to add it to the Advanced Greens Formula. So you don’t have to eat broccoli daily to get its nutrients. You can simply take Green Cuisine. It’s delicious, and saves time.
Speaking of nutritious foods you may not like to eat daily because of the taste, here’s another one:
A potent anti-inflammatory food
Red pepper is one of the most potent anti-inflammatory foods on the planet. Its anti-inflammatory effects come from the main nutrient, capsaicin. Capsaicin, as you may know, is great for relieving inflammation and joint pain.
But red pepper does more than relieve inflammation and joint pain. According to recent studies, red pepper also helps reduce blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It boosts your immunity, too.
So if you are not eating red pepper on a daily basis, then try Green Cuisine. It’s loaded with high-quality, organic red pepper.
Up to this point, I’ve told you about four super foods packed in Green Cuisine: red pepper, broccoli, kale, and oat beta-glucan. But there’s still more. We also added the following health-boosting foods to our greens formulation:
Aloe vera: Aloe vera is known for its remarkable effects on healing injured stomach lining. It helps prevent internal bleeding, too. But did you know that aloe vera also has a profound effect on blood sugar and cholesterol? It’s true. In a study of 5,000 patients, researchers found that aloe vera reduced blood sugar, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels … while raising HDL (“good”) cholesterol.
Beet: This purple food can protect your heart three ways. First, beet can reduce total cholesterol and triglycerides, while raising good HDL cholesterol. Second, it also works at lowering blood pressure. And third, it protects the lining of your veins and arteries, and helps prevent blood clotting that might block the arteries.
In addition to protecting your heart, research shows beet can also protect your gut from harmful bacteria, and even traveler’s diarrhea. Plus, it can greatly improve your stamina and exercise endurance. That means, you can exercise longer and recover more quickly without feeling tired.
Milk thistle: Also known as the “liver tonic,” milk thistle cleans up the toxins in your liver, and helps improve its function.
But that’s not all. Milk thistle is also great for fighting off free radicals. How? First, it is a potent antioxidant itself, thanks to its main ingredient, silymarin. Second, it helps the body produce glutathione, your body’s most important antioxidant. Combined, these two antioxidants give you even greater protection against free radical attacks and oxidative damage.
Tomato: This delicious food is rich in a phytonutrient called lycopene. Lycopene lowers blood pressure and promotes prostate health. It may even help shrink a swollen prostate. On top of that, new studies show lycopene also protect your bones.
Carrot: This bright orange food is rich in vitamin A, dietary fiber, and potassium. As you may know, carrots are great for protecting the eyes, the heart, and the lungs.
So far, we’ve talked about 10 super foods that are chockfull of health-boosting, disease-fighting nutrients. And if you’re to eat all of these foods every day, you’ll see dramatic improvements in your health and immunity. But we know how hard it is to eat all those foods on a regular basis. That’s why we’ve developed Green Cuisine. Each serving gives you the nutrition of all these super foods.
And if that’s not enough …
The only greens powder that includes these 7 super berries
Green Cuisine also includes 8 of the most nutritious berries on earth, covering all the health bases:
Acai berry: This super berry from the Amazon River has shown exceptionally high antioxidant power. Indeed, it is reported to have the highest ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) among all the foods tested in a study … with an ORAC score 16 times greater than red grapes!
What’s more, acai berries are found to lower levels of nasty enzymes called COX-1 and COX-2, helping you relieve joint pain and inflammation. Simply put, acai berries are one of the best fruits you can add to your diet.
Pomegranate: This super fruit has been used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Today, modern science proves that the Indians have been right about pomegranates. Pomegranates are one of the most potent antioxidant fruits, with an extremely high ORAC value … second only to acai berries.
Even more amazing, pomegranates can also help maintain the health of our cells, and inhibit the growth of unhealthy, dangerous cells in our bodies. Plus, it can help reduce joint inflammation.
Blueberry: This delicious berry is a vital food for a healthy brain and memory. That’s because it is one of the few antioxidants that can cross the blood-brain barrier. Which means it can fight free radical damage in the brain, and protect your memory.
Plus, blueberry is a very powerful antioxidant. In fact, USDA researchers discovered that its antioxidant power is 20 times greater than tomatoes … and 10 times greater than beta-carotene. What’s more, blueberries are packed with anthocyanins, potent flavonoids that contain four times the free-radical-fighting power of vitamin C.
Without a doubt, blueberries, pomegranates, and acai berries are three of the greatest fruits nature created for us. That’s why we made sure that they are included in Green Cuisine.
But we didn't stop there. We added these berries too:
Cranberry: This berry is renowned for its ability to protect your bladder and urinary tract from infections. But recently, scientists discovered cranberries do more than that. As it turns out, cranberries also protect your teeth from cavities. Plus, they are very effective at raising good HDL cholesterol levels.
Strawberry: This tasty berry has a unique effect on cholesterol. According to the latest studies, strawberries reduce the amount of oxidation on LDL cholesterol. Why is this absolutely amazing Because oxidized LDL is the most dangerous form of cholesterol. It’s a culprit that causes inflammation in the body, and can wreak havoc on your cardiovascular health.
Fortunately, by reducing oxidation, and thus oxidized LDL, strawberries can help defend your body from the damage caused by dangerous cholesterol.
On top of the berries, we’ve included two more delicious super fruits …
Mangosteen: Thanks to its tantalizing taste, mangosteen is known as the “queen of fruits” in Southeast Asia. According to a legend, Queen Victoria offered 100 pounds sterling to deliver fresh mangosteens to her.
What are the health benefits of mangosteens? Well, latest studies show mangosteens promote healthy blood sugar levels, and reduce inflammation.
Acerola: This fruit is a natural and significant source of vitamin C. In fact, its vitamin C content is greater than that in the orange, lemon, and pineapple.
So those are the eight super berries packed in Green Cuisine. Each of them is super nutritious … and each is an excellent food for boosting your health. And best of all, you can get all of them virtually at once — by simply taking one serving of Green Cuisine. Amazing. And yummy.
But wait, there’s still more. We’ve also added …
Chock full of chlorophyll
Green Cuisine is chock full of barley grass (gluten-free) … and organic sea algae: spirulina and chlorella. As you may know, these algae and green grasses are rich sources of chlorophyll, one of the strongest detoxifiers on earth. Chlorophyll helps in the growth and repair of healthy tissue and even helps the blood in carrying oxygen to our cells and tissues - giving you more energy.
And last but not least, to ensure Green Cuisine is the most complete greens formula you’ll find, we’ve topped it off with these powerful nutrients:
Green tea: As you may know, green tea promotes cardiovascular health, and helps keep your blood sugar at healthy levels. It also strengthens your immunity, and helps maintain a healthy weight.
Resveratrol: This nutrient found in red grape skins is absolutely amazing. It helps relax your arteries and improves your blood flow. It supports your heart and cardiovascular systems. Plus, it gives you more energy, and strengthens your immune system.
Quercetin: Quercetin helps keep the lining of blood vessels healthy. When combined with resveratrol, it works even better at promoting cardiovascular health. Besides, it also protects you from allergy and can significantly improve your upper respiratory health for easier breathing.
In addition to the three well-known, health-enhancing nutrients, we’ve also included…
Lecithin: This nutrient is vital for a healthy heart, brain and cell membranes. How? First, lecithin not only lowers cholesterol levels … but also helps dissolve cholesterol in bile. This, in turn, prevents the cholesterol from forming into stones. Second, lecithin helps your body produce and use choline, a vital nutrient for brain function. And third, it helps your body maintain healthy cell membranes.
Rutin: In addition to being a potent antioxidant, rutin protects the walls of your blood vessels, and supports healthy connective tissues. Not only that, it also protects your eyes and lowers the pressure in the eyes.
Stevia: You may know stevia as the natural sweetener. It’s a great substitute for table sugar, as it’s 250 times sweeter than sugar. Yet, it doesn’t raise your blood sugar, nor cause dental cavities. And it contains no calories.

So there you have it. Altogether, you get 27 super foods and vital nutrients in Green Cuisine, giving you the nutrition your body needs to stay healthy.
Yes, I want 27 super foods and vital nutrients in my diet!
Nevertheless, having the right combination of ingredients is only half of the equation …
Another reason why Green Cuisine is a great value
You see, while the ingredients of a greens powder are important, the way they’re harvested and processed is just as important. Without proper harvesting and processing, even the best ingredients will not do much good for you. And Green Cuisine has both: the best ingredients, as well as the best quality possible.
Here are 4 reasons why Green Cuisine’s quality is guaranteed:
Green Cuisine is made of 100% natural ingredients. There are no artificial colors, binders, fillers, or preservatives.
All the ingredients in Green Cuisine are screened for pesticides, metals, and other contaminants.
Green Cuisine is made through a proprietary manufacturing process. This process conforms with or exceeds the standards set by the U.S. government.
Both the raw materials and the finished products are tested by independent third-party laboratories for purity and potency.
To sum up, with the meticulous manufacturing process to ensure the best quality … with the best greens formulation … and with the great taste … all in all, Green Cuisine is perhaps the best greens powder you can buy on the market. It’s also a great way to get your daily dose of high-quality vegetables and fruits. Think of it as a dose of daily health insurance.
Saves you money…
Each serving of Green Cuisine gives you a mixture of 27 super foods and vital nutrients. While you may get all these super foods separately, it’s practically impossible to eat them all every day. Not to mention you’d have to eat pounds a day to get the equivalent amount loaded in Green Cuisine. Plus, you’d have to spend a lot more if you were to buy these super foods individually.
Think about it. How much does it cost to buy a month’s supply of broccoli and kale? How much does it cost to buy tomatoes, beets, and carrots? Or fruits like blueberries, cranberries, and strawberries?
Well, if you went to your local supermarket and bought all these foods, it could easily cost you over $150 a month. And if you went to a leading natural food chain, it would probably cost you twice as much.
Yet, Green Cuisine is only $36.50 a month (plus shipping) … or $1.48 a day. That’s less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks! But for only $1.48 a day, you can try Green Cuisine … and add 27 high-quality super foods and vital nutrients to your diet. That’s a great value for your money!
In addition to being the best deal, a 6-month supply also gives your body time to feel the full effects. Frankly, if you consider the positive impacts Green Cuisine will have on your health … how you’re able to get the nutrition you need, even when you don’t have time to eat right … and how you’ll feel healthier, happier, and having more energy than ever … this price is truly a bargain.
Bottom line: either you’re absolutely thrilled with the results you get… or you pay nothing.
So go ahead and order your Green Cuisine today!
P.S. After years of searching, I’ve finally decided to formulate my own greens powder, Green Cuisine. It tastes great … has the best formulation … plus the best quality possible.
